I know of a program called NetView that will show all computers connected to your network, their IP addresses, etc. There are probably some better ones out there, but it’s always suited my needs.

you cannot check their activity, but you will know the computer names of the users.

for that you need to go into your router’s setting. in your internet browser type router’s address (it is written on the back of your router, together with admin name and password).
you will get a menu. just browse it. you can also password protect your wireless network so your cheap ass neighbors wont hayjack yout network

In my DLink router software, there is a tab for Wireless and I can view those that are connected to my wireless network. Although, my router’s password and my network key are very secure – good luck to anyone trying to hop on my network and get free Internet! LOL

I forget what the default IP address is to access your router’s management – I even changed that to my own router IP and network address range with a limit of no more than 4 wireless connections allowed!

Once in your router’s management, you should have a tab for Status. Then, on the left you should see a button for Wireless. That should allow you to view currently connected computers.

    Hopefully this helps!
