Can I connect my ipod touch to my home wireless connection?

We have verizon DSL w/ wireless internet here. All the computers get the signal. I’m getting a new ipod touch and I’m wondering if it would be possible for me to connect to the internet on my home wireless signal or would I have to go someplace like Starbucks. Yes on the ipod just go to settings then Wi-fi and choose your network. If you have it encrypted it will ask for the password and just put it in.

Yes i did all the time, but my room was upstairs so sometimes i got out of range and all, but you can if you go to your wi-fi settings and automatically your wireless connection should come up .. choose it and .. you should see the range limit at the top of your ipod.
