Why would my laptop connect to my home wireless network one day then not be able to find it then next?

yabbadabbadoo asked: My laptop senses other wireless networks in the neighborhood, AND a different laptop sense my home network. What gives?
I’m using a linksys N-Router and I have a Dell E1505.
